I love the concept of smoothie bowls. They are so pretty and impressive yet easy to make. Blended smoothie bowls are the fancy way to serve a thick, nutrient smoothie as a refreshing sunny soup, dessert, or breakfast . It is an amazing way to start your day.
The strawberries should be frozen – you can absolutely prep these out into freezer bags in advance, preferably a night before and your smoothies will take just minutes to make.

Servings: 1
Ingredients:
2 cup frozen strawberries
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp milk
Smoothie Bowl Toppings:
Almonds
Banana slices
Chia Seeds
Procedure:
Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender, and adding only 1 tbsp milk to start.
Start on low speed, scraping down the bowl as needed and adding more milk if it gets stuck. Once thick and creamy, set the mixer to high speed until it reaches sorbet-like consistency.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish with smoothie bowl topping options (nuts, fruit, seeds, etc).
