Pancakes

The Ultimate Guide to Making Delicious Pancakes



Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 5 medium pancakes


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons sugar

2 eggs

2 bananas

1 & 1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 cup milk


Procedure:

Whisk together the sugar and eggs.



Slice one of the bananas then add to the mix. Use an electric mixer to marsh up the banana. Do not over mix if you want a bit of the banana chunks in there.



Add a cup of the flour and baking powder and mix well.



Add the remaining flour and milk. Mix well until a slightly thick batter is formed.



Heat a pan on medium-low heat and pour 1/4 cup of the mix at a time into the hot pan.

Cook each pancake for a minute, flip it then cook for another minute.

If your pan has enough room to make two or more pancakes at the same time then go for it.



Slice the other banana and top the banana slices on each pancake as seen in the picture.

Drizzle some syrup or honey and serve with some nice lemon tea.



*Notes*

Heat some oil in your pan before pouring in the pancake batter if your pan is not a non-stick.
