Have your snacks ready for this beautiful chilly weather. I think they are delicious and I know that a lot of you out there agree with me.

This nice savory-sweet sauce does it for me! As you are making these wings, taste the sauce and adjust it to your liking; you can add more honey if you want them sweeter or the soy sauce is you want them more savory. It's entirely up to you.

Now, with this recipe I baked the wings coated in a small amount oil at a high heat. They still came out as crisp as ever. Gone are the days of frying!

Do they taste as good as they look? Oh yea! Savory, sweet and full of flavor! My mom and I devoured them and I will be making them again very soon. Let's get to the recipe!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

14 chicken wings

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp garlic

1/2 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp oil

1 tsp cornstarch

2 tsp water

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

Season the wings with salt, pepper and oil. Lay out on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.

In a pan, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and sesame oil, and bring them to a boil.

Make a thin paste with the cornstarch and water and then add it to the sauce. Cook for a minute, turn the heat down and stir till it thickens. Set aside.

Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce, serve and garnish with some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
