Banana Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is awesome because you prepare it the night before and then in the morning have it ready to go. It makes for a great breakfast but could also satisfy a sweet tooth craving at night if you’re looking for a (healthy) dessert option.

You will need:
1 Banana
3/4 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Procedure:
In a blender, puree the banana, milk and peanut butter
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight
Stir the mixture before serving and ENJOY!
