Easy Roasted Potatoes

My Easy Roasted Potatoes have become one of my favourite side dishes to prepare. These potatoes are crispy, fresh and seasoned. The best part is you can season with your favorite spices. Plus, they’re easy & quick to prepare . So, in just a few minutes you’ll have a warm and filling homemade side dish on the table.

This recipe can’t be easier. All you need are a few potatoes, some oil, and spices. That’s it. Hope you enjoy this recipe :)
Ingredients:
5 large potatoes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Procedure
Preheat oven/grill to 180 degrees C.
Peel and slice the potatoes into wedges and place inside a pot. Boil the potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric for 3 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine oil, and the spices. Add potatoes and toss or stir to coat. Pour potatoes onto a buttered/oiled baking sheet.
Roast potatoes for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are evenly browned. Flip halfway through with a spatula to ensure even browning.
Remove from oven/grill and serve. Enjoy :)
