Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Fluffy and very moist vanilla cake combined with a delicious chocolate frost.

I used two baking trays but one is enough you'll just need to cut the cake in half before frosting.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
You need:
For the cake
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Frosting
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure:
For the Cake
Preheat oven at 180°c.
In a large bowl, mix sugar and eggs and a minute until slightly. thickened.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture.

Add the milk, mix then add the oil and vanilla extract.

Mix the batter altogether for 2 minutes only. Do not over mix.
Grease your baking tray with oil/butter

Pour the batter into the baking tray

Bake for 40-45 minutes

For the Frosting by
Melt the butter in a pot on low heat

Add the cocoa powder and stir mixture until smooth
Remove the mixture from the pot and place into a bowl
Add the milk and vanilla with the icing sugar to the bowl and whisk until you have the spreading consistency you desire.
Use a butter knife to frost your cake
